Chom Karnchang Co., Ltd. was the contractor for this three-storey reinforced concrete contemporary luxury residence in the Khao Yai area of Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, designed by Bangkok Project Studio and completed in 2021.

Baan Khao Yai – Architecture that pushes construction to its limits

Baan Khao Yai is one of the residential projects Chom Karnchang Co., Ltd. is most proud of because of its construction complexity and the high level of detail required in both structural engineering and architectural finishes. Designed by Bangkok Project Studio, one of Bangkok’s leading architectural firms, the house was built in the naturally rich setting of Khao Yai, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima.

The residence is a large private home with a three-storey reinforced concrete structure. Its distinctive architectural concept uses large glass walls across every level to connect interior and exterior views while bringing abundant natural light into all living spaces.
